- Â Â Mushrooms, large
- Â Â Feta Cheese
- Â Â Extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Garlic
- Â Â Bread Crumbs
- Â Â Rosemary, Basil, & Oregano

- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and wash the caps carefully. In a bowl, break the feta cheese up into small pcs. To this add in minced basil, oregano, rosemary, and garlic. Fold in the extra virgin olive oil till a doughy mass is formed. Add in bread crumbs till it firms up. Then stuff a section about a tsp. in size into each cap. Place in a baking pan and bake for about 15 min at 3500 F till done. Serve while warm.
