Receta Stuffed Pepperoncini

Ingredientes
- 3 slc bacon, minced finely minced
- 2 x green onions, about 1/4 c.
- 1/2 x red bell pepper, chopped, about 1/3 c.
- 1 pkt cream cheese, 3 ounce
- 2 tsp lowfat milk
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 2 jar pepperoncini peppers, 9-10 ounce jar
- Fry bacon till brown, remove bacon to paper towel to drain. Throw away all but
- 1 Tbsp. of bacon drippings. With bacon dripping is skillet, cook green

- Onions, bell pepper till they are tender. Remove from heat. In small bowl, blend cream cheese and lowfat milk till smooth. Add in bacon, green onions and pepper.
- With small knife cut each pepper on one side only. Be sure not to cut all the way through the pepper. Spoon cream cheese mix into plastic bag and snip corner.
- Squeeze cream cheese mix into each pepper. Cover and chill.
