  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add in oil, salt, sugar and 2 cups of the flour. Mix at low speed of mixer for 1 minute. Add in remaining flour and mix by hand till all flour is blended. Set aside and let rise in a warm place for 45 min. Pour dough into greased standard loaf pan. Cover and let rise for 45 min. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 min. Remove and let cool on rack.(To make whole wheat bread, substitute 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour for 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. Use honey or possibly molasses instead of sugar.)
