- 4 oz. each dried figs, apricots and raisins- fine chop figs and apricots
- 1/2 c. dark rum
- 1 T. orange zest
- 1-1/2 t. lemon zest
- 12 T. unsalted butter, softened
- 1-3/4 c. AP flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 c. superfine sugar
- 4 eggs
