Receta Sweet and sour fish
Ingredientes
- 1 Crispy fish 100gr
- 2 Tomato 20gr
- 3 Cucumber 20gr
- 4 Onion 20gr
- 5 Spring onion (cut 2â) 10gr
- 6 Green bell pepper 20gr
- 7 Corn oil 50ml
- 8 Corn flour (in water) 80ml
- 9 Sweet & sour sauce 120ml
- 10 Pineapple 20gr
Direcciones
- Method:
- ⢠Deep fried fish and set aside.
- ⢠Heat a wok with corn oil . Add onion , cucumber ,Pineapple , tomato ,bell pepper , and spring onion until cooked and remove to the dish.
- ⢠Add the sauce bring to broil and add the corn starch until thick consistency.
- ⢠Remove from the heat and pour over the fish and vegetables.
