Receta Sweet And Sour Stir Fry Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 x carrot, sliced
- 1 x onion, sliced
- 1 x sweet red pepper, thinly, sliced
- 2 clv garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 pch cayenne pepper
- 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled, and, deveined
- 3 c. broccoli, florets
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 x green onion, sliced
Direcciones
- In large nonstick skillet or possibly wok, heat oil over medium-high heat; stir-fry carrots, onion, red pepper and garlic for 4 min.
- In small bowl, whisk together water, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and cayenne; pour into skillet and bring to boil.
- Add in shrimp and broccoli; cook for 3 min or possibly till shrimp are pink and broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Whisk cornstarch with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) water; whisk into sauce and cook for about 1 minute or possibly till thickened.
- Serve sprinkled with onions.
