Receta Sweet Chili Maple Sauce

Ingredientes
- 5 Thai chilies, finely minced
- 2-1/8 c. (500 ml) maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. sherry
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. ginger, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Direcciones
- Mix together chilies, maple syrup, vinegar, sherry, soy sauce, ginger, garlic pepper and paprika.
- Simmer ingredients in a saucepan, stirring frequently over low heat till thickened (about 30 min).
- Also delicious as a marinade for chicken thigh fillet stir-fry.
