- Â Â Blue Swimmer Crabs
- Â Â Onion
- Â Â Garlic
- Â Â Ginger
- Â Â Lemongrass
- Â Â Sauces, such as Oyster Sauce, Mushroom Sauce, Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Â Â Water
Direcciones
- Stir fry onion, garlic, ginger and lemongrass, then add in any sauce to your liking, ie. Oyster, Mushroom, Sweet Chilli. Throw in a bit of water to dilute the sauce, then add in the crabs, put on a lid and simmer for about 10 to 15 min. Serve with steamed rice. Yummy!
