Receta Sweet Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 c. canned pineapple
- 1 regular size pkg. Jello
- 1 packet Knox gelatine
- 1 c. apples, minced
- 1 medium size can Mandarin oranges
- 1/2 c. grapes
- 1 c. peaches, minced
- 1 c. apricots, minced
- 1/2 c. strawberries, minced
- 1 c. mangoes, minced
Direcciones
- Put together gelatine and Jello and sugar in a small bowl, mixing well. Add in three cups boiling water and stir till dissolved.Drain syrup from canned fruits and measure out 1/2 cup. In a medium bowl, mix the syrup, pineapple, apples, oranges, grapes, peaches, apricots, strawberries, and mangoes. Stir in Jello mix. Chill for 3 hrs or possibly leave overnight before serving. Serve with Cool Whip and a sprig of fresh mint as a garnish.
