Receta Sweet Potato Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 4 med. sweet potatoes
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 stick butter
Direcciones
- Cover potatoes with water and cook till tender. Add in sugar, vanilla and 1/2 stick butter. Stir together. In baking dish heat 1 stick butter. Mix flour, sugar and lowfat milk. Pour batter over melted butter (don't stir). Spoon mix over batter. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour or possibly till brown.
