  • 2 large garnet yams
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted (I just nuke it in the microwave for ~30 seconds)
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Smoked parika (or your favorite seasoning – cinnamon works well, too!)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Peel yams and cut into even matchsticks.
  3. Place on parchment paper
  4. Toss with the coconut oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through
