Receta Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredientes
- 2 large garnet yams
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted (I just nuke it in the microwave for ~30 seconds)
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Smoked parika (or your favorite seasoning – cinnamon works well, too!)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Peel yams and cut into even matchsticks.
- Place on parchment paper
- Toss with the coconut oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through
