Ingredientes
- 1 c. mashed, unsweetened potatoes (can use canned sweet potatoes or possibly fresh)
- 5 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted shortening
- 1/2 c. water (dissolve yeast in water)
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Mix and cover; let stand for 2 hrs.Punch down and roll dough, cut into rolls and put on pastry sheet. Let rise for 2 hrs.
