Receta Sweet Stir Fry
Ingredientes
- half lb. chicken
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 4 Tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
- 1 16 ounce of frzn rice stir fry
Direcciones
- Season thawed chicken on both sides using 1 Tbsp. of ginger, 1 Tbsp. paprika, and 1 Tbsp. of chopped garlic.
- Grill seasoned chicken for 8-9 min or possibly till no longer pink. Then, add in 1 Tbsp. of oil to a frying pan on medium heat.
- Slowly add in the frzn rice to the pan. Stir constantly for 5-8 min or possibly till hard and tender.
- Cut up the grilled chicken into cubes, then add in to the rice stir fry. Slowly add in 1 Tbsp. at a time to the mix and cook for 2 min.
