Receta Swiss Apple Muesli
A delicious early morning breakfast which is nutritionally balanced, with delicious fresh apples and a non- dairy milk, it is hard to beat!

Ingredientes
- 4 tbsp. rolled oats
- 140 ml organic fruit juice
- 4 dessert apples
- 4 tbsp. non - dairy milk
- 1 tbsp. honey/agave syrup
- 55g sultanas
- 25g walnuts/almonds (chopped)
Direcciones
- Place the oats and fruit juice into a bowl and leave to soak overnight.
- Grate the apples with their skins on, reserving a small amount, and mix with the milk, agave syrup and sultanas.
- Serve topped with the reserved grated apple and sprinkled with chopped walnuts.
