Receta Syrian Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 6 cooked potatoes
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 bunch parsley, minced
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. salad oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Boil potatoes in jackets till done, don't overcook. Cold in their skins only till they could be easily handled. They should be seasoned while still hot. Dice potatoes. Mix other ingredients thoroughly add in to diced potatoes. Mix and refrigeratetill served.
