Ingredientes
- 6 thick sliced pork chops (or possibly country ribs or possibly pork steaks)
- 1 lg. can sauerkraut (don't drain)
- 2 apples, cored and cut sm. or possibly 1 me. can applesauce
- 1 (16 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes, minced coarse
- 2 med. onions, sliced
- 3/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Pepper
Direcciones
- Brown pork and place in baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Bake covered 1 1/2 hrs in 350 degree oven.
- Pork loin roast can be substituted. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
