Super easy to make! Kids will love it!

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Fry hamburger(or turkey)in large frying pan(preferably one that can hold all the sauce, beans and hamburger).
  3. Add in dry onion flakes and a little olive oil
  4. If desired, flavor meat with worcester and tabasco sauce(optional)
  5. When meat is thoroughly cooked, add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and refried beans.
  6. Also if desired put in 1/2 bottle of hot sauce(optional)
  7. Simmer for 20-30 mins
  8. In large casserole pan, put half of the mixture in
  9. Tear up the tortilla shells and place them covering the top of the sauce & meat
  10. Then cover the tortilla shells with cheese
  11. Place the rest of the sauce & meat on top of the tortilla shells
  12. Cover with cheese
  13. Place in the oven for 20-30mins

    This was great! I left out all the hot stuff so my kids would eat it. Somehow I managed to get my daughter to eat it....and she liked it! I will definitely make this again. I think I would add an extra layer of tortilla... and maybe even more cheese...but I love cheese so...
