Receta Taco Beef Salad

Ingredientes
- 3 c. julienne strips cooked beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, cut in pcs
- 1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 sm. onion, sliced into rings
- 3/4 c. chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon warm pepper sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 head lettuce, sliced & cut in pcs
- 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
- 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Season beef strips with salt. Add in cherry tomatoes, avocado, green pepper and onion. Mix chili sauce, oil, chili pwdr, warm pepper sauce and garlic. Add in meat and vegetables and toss. Serve individual portions on beds of lettuce. Serve corn chips and grated cheese to sprinkle on top. 4 to 5 servings.
