Receta Grilled Asian Beef Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Extra Extra Lean Grnd beef
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Grnd Black Pepper Vegetable Cooking Spray
- 1/4 c. Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 c. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger Root
- 1/8 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 6 c. Romaine Lettuce Minced
- 1 1/2 c. Bean Sprouts
- 1/2 c. Red Bell Pepper
Direcciones
- Trim fat from steak. Sprinkle both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Prepare grill or possibly broiler. Place steak on grill rack or possibly broiler pan coated with cooking spray; cook 8 min on each side or possibly till desired degree of doneness. Cut steak across grain into thin slices; cut slices into 2 inch pcs. Set aside.
- Combine vinegar and next 4 ingredients (vinegar through red pepper) in a small bowl. Combine steak, lettuce, bean sprouts, and bell pepper in a large bowl; toss well. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad; toss to coat.
