Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes
- 1 c. rice
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
Direcciones
- Brown beef and onion. Add in water to make 2 1/2 c.. Add in tomatoes, rice and taco seasoning to beef. Bring to a boil and simmer about 25 min. Top with shredded cheese and lettuce.
