Ingredientes
- 90 portions chicken breats halves
- 2 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup curry powder
- 1/4 cup red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp 1 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp 1 tsp gorund turmeric
Direcciones
- Preheat grill on high.
- Mix yogurt, curry powder, red pepper flakes, salt, ginger, paprika, cinnamon, and turmeric with water to form a smooth paste.
- Rub paste into chicken, cover and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Place chicken on grill and cook 6-8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
