  • 2 1/2 cups water (preferably use coconut water and water combo)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4 cup Irish moss paste (optional)
  • 5 drops Medicine Flower Vanilla Extract (or 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch cardamom (very small pinch)
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds (add more as needed to thicken, especially if not using Irish Moss Paste)
