This is one of the best way to make your kids eat fish-especially tuna.The only thing is it is best eaten hot and crispy.

  • 175 gm tuna flakes
  • 135 gm creamed corn
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 large egg
  • 6 slices white bread
  • 1/3 cup oil

  1. Pour tuna and corn into a mixing bowl
  2. Add the chopped parsley and egg.Mix well
  3. Cut crusts off bread
  4. Spread mixture on bread slices
  5. Cut bread slices into triangles
  6. Heat oil in a fry pa.When it is hot,put in a few triangles
  7. when they are golden,remove them onto a paper to drain
  8. Cook the rest of the triangles in this way.
