Receta Tex-Mex Hot Chicken Salad
Great comfort food casserole with a Tex-Mex twist.
Ingredientes
- 4 cups diced, grilled or sauted chicken (about 5 breasts) - see links below
- 2 tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 minced scallions
- 1 tbs. chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- Topping: 1 1/2 cups crushed Lay's potato chips, or your favorite
Direcciones
- Grill or saute chicken, dice.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Lightly toast almonds.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, combine, transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with potato chips.
- Bake 20-30 minutes.
