Ingredientes
- 1 x (12-inch) pizza dough
- 2 lrg Tomatoes, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Minced jalapeno pepper
- 4 x Green onions, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 x Avocado, minced
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Minced parsley
Direcciones
- Spoon tomatoes over pizza dough, leaving a 1/2" border. Top with jalapenos, garlic and onion. Sprinkle with cheeses and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 500 degree oven for 10 to 14 minutes. till bottom of crust is golden. Top with avocado, a dollop of lowfat sour cream and parsley. Pass extra lowfat sour cream.
