Receta TEX-MEX RICE Spicy
Ingredientes
- Tex-Mex Spicy Rice
- 2 TBS Olive Oil
- 2 cups Rice
- 2 - 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1/2 tsp of Cumino & 1 tsp Salt
- 1 can Chicken Broth (1-1/2 to 2cups)
- 2 cups more Water (enough to cover the Rice)
- 2 to 3 Large Very Ripe Tomatoes Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Honey Sweet Onion.
- 1 or 2 Fresh Roasted New Mexico Green Chilles (Peeled/Chopped)
- 1 Chunk (about 1/2 cup) White Hot Pepper Cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves only (stems bitter)
- Few dashes of Tabasco Hot Sauce of desired taste
Direcciones
- Fry Rice in oil til grains swell larger white. DO NOT SCOURCH.
- Add Chicken Broth and Water,, then stir in spices
- Cover and adjust heat to Med/low to Simmer and Cover with Lid.
- Do NOT STIR ANYMORE...
- LET COOK TILL JUICES ASBORBE.
- Remove from heat..
- Fuff with a fork and serve.
