Receta Texas Cole Slaw With Boiled Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. cabbage
- 1 med. onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Direcciones
- Chop or possibly shred cabbage and place in bowl with finely minced onion and pepper. Sprinkle with sugar and toss lightly to blend.
- Put together all this in saucepan. Bring to boil and pour over cabbage mix. Let set for at least 4 hrs.
