Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound shrimp, cooked and minced
- 1/2 pound fish, cooked and flaked
- 3 c. red cabbage, minced
- 3 c. green cabbage, minced
- 1/2 c. carrots, grated
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, snipped
- 1 c. lite mayonnaise
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. original Ranch Hidden Valley dressing mix
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots and parsley; mix in seafood. To prepare dressing, mix remaining ingredients in a small container and add in to salad and mix thoroughly. Serve as a main dish or possibly a side dish with assorted crackers.
- Makes 6 servings.
