Receta Sausage And Brown Rice Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 pound pork sausage meat
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. minced celery
- 3 c. cooked brown rice
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Brown sausage, breaking up with fork; drain off fat. Add in onion and celery and saute/fry till tender. Add in next 4 ingredients and turn into shallow 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 min. Makes 4 servings.
