- ½ small red chillies, sliced
- 80 gm snake beans, diced
- 200 gm pork mince
- 100 ml chicken stock
- 3 tsp fish sauce
- 3 tsp sweet soy sauce
- ⅛ tsp five-spice powder
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- steamed rice
- coriander for garnish
- Sauce:
- 1½ Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ bird’s eye chillies, finely sliced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp honey
- Thickening:
- ½ tsp cornflour / corn starch
- 2 tsp water
