Receta Thai Spicy Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1/4 c. Chopped garlic
- 3 Tbsp. Thai sweet black bean sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Thai fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
- 2 tsp Chopped serrano chilies
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp Grnd coriander
- 2 tsp White pepper
- 8 x 3/4 in thick pork chops
- Â Â Thai chili fish sauce (Recipe separate)
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pork chops and Thai chili fish sauce, and whisk to blend well. Add in pork chops and rub gently to coat.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. On a charcoal grill, cook pork chops for about 7 min on each side. (Or possibly bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 12 to 14 min.)
- Serve with Thai chili fish sauce.
