Ingredientes
- 2 c. butter
- 24 ounce chocolate chips
- 4 c. flour
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 8oz. Hershey Bar (grated)
- 5 c. blended oatmeal
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. minced nuts (your choice)
Direcciones
- Measure oatmeal, and blend in a blender to a fine pwdr. Cream the butter and both sugars.Add in large eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking pwdr and soda. Add in chocolate chips, Hershey Bar and nuts.
- Roll into balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 min at 375 degrees.
- Makes 112 cookies. Recipe may be halved.
