Receta The "Veggie" Dip
Lovely cold dip to serve with any raw veggies, ie. carrot sticks, celery sticks, cauliflower florets, broccoli crowns, chips.
Ingredientes
- 8 ounce weight softened cream cheese
- 1/2 bell pepper finely diced
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper finely diced
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 2 baby carrots (rinsed) finely grated
- Garnish Fresh Chive (cut)
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and you'll be stirring quite a bit in between adding the ingredients. Garnish fresh sprig of chives (cut).
- Chill at least one hour before serving with a veggie platter.
- Delicious-enjoy!
