Ingredientes
- 1 clove mince garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoon season salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T lime juice (fresh is best)
- 1 1/2 lbs. sliced chicken
- 3-4 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1/2 c. minced green onion
- 1 c. sliced red bell pepper
- 8 warmed lg. flour tortillas
- 1 sliced avocado
- Salsa
- Lowfat sour cream
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients. Marinate chicken strips for at least 2 hrs.
- Quickly saute onions and peppers in oil till golden brown; remove from pan. Saute meat till well coated with glaze, about 10 min. Toss in the vegetables and reheat. Spoon into flour tortillas with avocado, salsa, lowfat sour cream and cheese. Can add in other condiments if you want. Serves 4-6.
