Ingredientes
- 16 ounce fat-free refried beans
- 4 ounce green chiles liquid removed and diced
- 10Â 3/4 ounce low sodium tomato soup, canned
- 10Â 3/4 ounce reduced fat reduced sodium cream of
- Â Â mushroom soup
- 14Â 1/2 ounce no salt added stewed tomatoes - stewed
- 2 can water
- 2 clv garlic -- chopped
- 1 med onion -- chopped
- 9 ounce low sodium canned corn liquid removed
- 1 c. red wine
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c. rice -- uncooked
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 c. low sodium cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 ounce red and green bell peppers
- 1/2 c. rice -- uncooked
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients, except cheese, in a large pot or possibly Dutch oven.
- Stir to breakup beans. Heat over medium heat till soup comes to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 min. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
