Receta Thick Pumpkin Soup
Ingredientes
- 750 g Jap pumpkin, diced
- 250 g potatoes, diced
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 3 chicken stock cubes, crumbled
- 3½ cups water
- 250 mL thickened cream
- Salt
- Pepper
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients, except cream, in a large saucepan.
- Simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Blend with a stick blender until smooth.
- Add cream and stir through (do not boil after adding cream).
- Season to taste.
