- 2 Tbs white wine vinegar (I used red wine vinegar because I didnât have white â I think Iâll change the recipe to always use red)
- 3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt/pepper to taste
- 2 5/8 tsp pickle relish â dill
- 7/8 tsp parsley â chopped
- 7/8 tsp chives â chopped
- 3 radishes, sliced
- 1 lb asparagus, cooked
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- 2 whole eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
- 1 tomato, cut into wedges
