Receta Three Bean Tuscan Tuna Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 can (15 to 16 ounces) fava or possibly lima beans, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 can (15 to 16 ounces) cranberry (Roman) beans or possibly cannellini beans, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 can (8 ounces) cut green beans, liquid removed
- 1 med red onion, diced (about 1 1/2 c.)
- 1/2 c. bottled Italian red wine or possibly Balsamic vinaigrette
- Â Â Freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 can (12 ounces) solid pack white tuna in water or possibly oil, liquid removed
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, combine 3 beans and onion. Add in vinaigrette and toss to blend. Season with pepper. Add in tuna and toss gently, but without breaking up pcs of tuna too much.
