Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 c. Carrots, sliced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Onions, sliced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Green peppers, sliced in strips
- 1Â 1/2 c. Celery, sliced
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 can Stewed tomatoes, (15 ounces)
- 1 can Tomato puree, (15 ounces)
- 1 can Tomato paste, 6 ounces
- 1 c. Tomato juice, optional
- 1 med Lemon, juiced
- 2 can Kidney beans, canned, (15 ounces)
- 1 can Garbanzo beans, canned, (15 ounces)
- 2 lrg Garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Dry basil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Warm sauce
Direcciones
- In a large pot, heat oil; add in minced and sliced vegetables and saute/fry till barely tender. Add in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Cover and simmer for 20 min or possibly till warm. Adjust seasonings with salt and chili
- pwdr to taste. Don't OVERCOOK Or possibly VEGETABLES WILL BECOME MUSHY.
