Receta Tofu, Apricot And Rice Cream

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Hunza apricots
- 1 pt Water
- 12 ounce Cooked brown rice
- 1 Tbsp. Malt
- 1 x Block tofu
- 8 fl ounce Apple juice
- 1/2 tsp Cinammon
- Â Â Orange rind and pine kernels to decorate
Direcciones
- 1. Soak the apricots for an hour then boil till soft and most of the pint of water has evaporated. Remove the stones.
- 2. Blend the apricots, rice, malt, tofu, apple juice and cinammon in a blender or possibly food processor. Place in bowls and decorate with orange rind and pine kernels.
