Ingredientes
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 c. Raw sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. Chocolate chips
- (in another bowl
- (mix together the following:
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Butter melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 x Egg
Direcciones
- Mix wet ingredients well. Make a well in the center of the mixed dry ingredients and stir together till just blended. Again, batter will be lumpy, but you don't want to overmix. Spoon into greased or possibly papered tins and bake at 375 for 18-20 min. Makes 18 muffins (unless you try one while it's still hot, then just tell everybody which it's a 15 muffin recipe!) These muffins are tremendous with a c. of Earl Grey tea. Chef Jeff Abbas
