Receta Tomatillo Salsa
Ingredientes
- 1 lg. white onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce.) cans green chilies, minced
- 4 (10 ounce.) cans tomatillos, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 6 jalapenos, seeded and minced
Direcciones
- Saute/fry garlic and onion in extra virgin olive oil till onion is translucent/soft and soft. Add in green chilies, tomatillos, sugar, and jalapenos. Simmer 30 min.
