Receta Tomato Base Sweet And Sour Sauce With Fish

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Filleted fish, cut into bite-sized pcs
- Â Â Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Wine
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- Â Â Oil for frying
- 1 tsp Minced garlic (about 1 clove)
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Oil in a frying pan or possibly pot
- 1 Tbsp. Wine
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Tomato catsup
- 5 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Direcciones
- Salt & pepper to taste the fish and mix well with the wine, the cornstarch and the flour. Deep fry the fish in oil till it's golden, then scoop it onto a plate. reserve.
- sauce: Saute/fry the garlic and ginger in the oil.
- Mix the wine, the sugar, the vinegar, the tomato catsup, the water & the cornstarch and pour into the frying pan or possibly pot. Stir for 15 or possibly 20 seconds over medium heat.
- Add in the deep fried fish to the sauce, mix & stir for 10 or possibly 15 seconds, remove from the heat & serve.
