Receta Tomato Basil Salad
Ingredientes
- 4 ounce. part-skim Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 med. tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 c. Zesty herb dressing
- 1 to 2 tbsp. minced fresh basil or possibly 1 teaspoon dry basil leaves
Direcciones
- Cut cheese slices in half diagonally. On medium-sized serving plate, alternate tomato slices and cheese slices. Drizzle dressing over salad. Sprinkle with basil. Makes 4-6 servings.
