Receta Tomato Sauce Baked Meatloaf
Delicious any week night meal for a small family. Makes great leftover cold sandwiches.
Ingredientes
- 16 ounces Ground Beef
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- one small grated onion
- salt and black pepper
- one teaspoon garlic powder
- one teaspoon ground basil
- 1-1/4 cup tomato sauce (I use my jarred fresh garden tomato sauce)
- 2 tabelspoons Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Pre Heat Oven 350 F
- In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and with clean hands mixed to combine. Form a meatloaf and place into a non stick baking dish.
- Pour tomato sauce on top of formed meatloaf and smooth out add remaining sauce to the baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil loosely and bake 50-55 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
- Refrigerate any leftovers for cold sandwiches, and add some cheese! Yum.
