Ingredientes
- 1 skinless fryer, cut up
- 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
- Fried chicken seasoning
- Non-stick vegetable cooking spray
Direcciones
- Spray non-stick skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken liberally with fried chicken seasoning and brown well in skillet over medium high heat. Add in bouillon to water (sufficient to cover bottom of skillet 1/8" deep). Pour into skillet. Cover and simmer over low heat till tender. Remove lid and cook till skillet is dry, turning chicken often to coat with juice as it thickens and dries.
