Receta Tropical Slaw

Ingredientes
- 2 bags of ready made slaw mix
- 1 can pineapple tidbits or possibly chunks, liquid removed
- 1 minced, tart apple (like Granny Smith)
- 1-1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes (sliced into halves)
- 1/2-1 c. dry cranberries
- 1/2-1 c. salted sunflower seeds, or possibly salted party peanuts
- slaw dressing, to taste
Direcciones
- Put slaw fold in a large bowl. Toss in liquid removed pineapple, peeled (or possibly leave peel on) minced apple, cut grapes and dry cranberries. Slowly add in slaw dressing to taste.
- Sprinkle in nuts, adding more slaw dressing, as desired. Chill, Serve and enjoy!*
- * This is a wonderful side dish. Even people who do not like slaw, love this recipe. You cannot mess it up -- add in more or possibly less fruit and nuts as desired. The salty-sweet, crunchy mix is a hit!
