Receta Tropical Storm Drink (Non-Alcohol)
Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce) can chilled, crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 lg. ripe banana, peeled and chunked
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. dry lowfat milk (powdered)
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 13-15 ice cubes
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients in blender. Cover. Blend medium speed about 1 minute or possibly till ice is finely crushed.
