Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 1/4 c. Green onion, minced
- 1 c. Mushrooms, fine minced
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 4 x Fish steaks, 1 inch thick
Direcciones
- Turbot and Salmon are also suitable. Mix butter, parsley, green onion, mushrooms and lemon juice. Spread half of mix in bottom of a baking dish. Arrange 4 fish steaks on top and add in desired seasoning. Cover with remaining mix. Cover and microwave at high 6-8 min. Let stand covered 2 min.
