Receta Tuna And Rice Salad With Sweet Curry Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 c. rice, brown
- 425 gm tuna, flaked
- 1 x apples, Granny Smith
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 3 x spring onions
- 1 stk celery
- 1 x red capsicum
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. vinegar, white
- 1 x egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. mango chutney
- 1 Tbsp. curry pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (caster)
- Â Â salt, pepper
Direcciones
- Dressing:Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well till well combined. Season well. Set aside.
- Cook rice in a large pot of boiling salted water till tender, about 30 min. Rinse under cool running water and allow to drain well.
- Slice spring onions.
- Dice celery and capsicum.
- Peel core and dice apples.
- Flake tuna into pcs, combine with rice and remaining salad ingredients, add in dressing and mix well.
- Serves 4.
